NOTE: These prints are digitally painted by hand and will reflect the artist's interpretation.  Once your photo has been rendered by the artist, which  usually takes 1-2 business days, you will be contacted by email or text to approve the design before it goes to print.  If you decide that the print is not what you expected, your payment will be refunded, less a $25.00 surcharge.  All sales are final upon receipt.

Photo Specifications:

Your photo should be as sharp as possibly for best results. Please do not send  photos from your Ipad.  All photos should be sent from your cell phone or computer.  Computer photos can be emailed to fayebonneau@hotmail.com.  Please include your name address and phone number with your photos.

Payment:

   1.  We accept PayPal only.
   2. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.
   3.Payment must be received when you send your photo to us.
  4.We ship to your  Paypal address. Please make sure your  Paypal address is correct before you pay.

Shipping:

   1. Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after your approval of the design.
   2. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors;
   3. International buyers please note:
       a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

   These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the  custom duties.
     b. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to     buying.
